Q: What does subscribing mean?
A: By subscribing – you will get the contacts you need on the regular interval that you choose. We can auto ship your prescribed contacts on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Once set, you won't need to worry. Our subscription program is flexible, and you can change, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Q: Why Subscribe?
A: Our subscription model is designed to save you money. By using a subscription, you have the ability to save money on your order plus take advantage of free shipping! In addition, the subscription takes your worries away – we will ship your contacts as you direct, and we will ensure your prescribed contacts are in stock when you need them.
Q: Can I make changes to my Subscription?
A: Yes, you can make the changes as you need either by logging into your account or contacting one of our customer service representatives. With your subscription, you can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Q: What if my payment method changes?
A: Not a problem. If you need to change your payment method, just contact our Customer Service Department, and they will make the necessary changes.
Q: How do I qualify for promotional merchandise and prizes?
A: VisionPros will be offering exclusive prizes and promotional merchandise to long-term subscribers – to qualify for these promotions, you must be an active subscriber for greater than 12 months from your first subscription order.
Q: What if there is a price change?
A: Prices can change from time to time – Our suppliers and service providers do issue price increases that, unfortunately, we cannot control. In addition, we do monitor our pricing closely to ensure we are always competitive with other authorized retailers. Remember, we do price match!

- Shipping costs will be applied for orders under $99
- The discount is calculated using the most recent website price at the time the order/reorder is being shipped.
- Prices can fluctuate due to supplier pricing changes and competitive pricing movements.
- Other discounts cannot be combined with a subscription
- You can cancel free of charge. Orders must be canceled 15 business days prior to your next scheduled delivery.
- For specialty/custom ordered contact lenses – Cancellations must be made 6 weeks prior to your next scheduled delivery. (Biofinity XR, Biofinity Toric XR, ProCLear Multifocal Toric, ProClear Multifocal XR, ProClear Toric XR)
